How do I create an account?

Creating an account is designed to be as simple and straightforward as possible. When first opening an app or when you log out, you will be directed to the welcome page. From there all you need to do is press "Get Started", and enter Racr.

How do I delete my account?

If you'd like to delete your account, you will have to do so by contacting our team through email. You can find the email here.

In order to make sure your account deletion request is guaranteed to be picked up by our system, it is recommended that you structure the email like this:

Is Racr suitable for all types of vehicles?

Yes, Racr is designed to cater toa wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and even airplanes! If it's a vehicle, it can be diagnosed. Racr aims to asssist users with various automotive needs.

How do I chat with the AI in Racr?

Simply navigate to the "Create a New Chat" button within the app and start typing your questions or concerns. The AI, known as Racr, will respond and provide assistance based on the information provided.

Can I submit images for analysis in Racr?

Absolutely! Racr allows users to submit images for analysis, such as vehicle photos, wheels, and aftermarket parts. This helps in obtaining detailed insights and information.

What kind of information can I get from the AI in Racr?

Racr can provide information related to vehicle troubleshooting, identification of vehicle details (make, model), wheel (rim) and aftermarket part identification, and general automotive assistance.
